Dr. Bimal Chandra Mal is a Research Professor with over 28 years of teaching Aquacultural Engineering at both Graduate level and Ph. D. level students for their dissertation at IIT Kharagpur. He received his Ph. D. from IIT Kharagpur followed by a post-doctoral study from Colorado State University, USA. He is a consultant of aquaculture to many related research and consultancy projects across the globe has and ~60 papers in Elsevier and other reputed journals. Dr. Mal is a well-known expert in his field has been awarded several awards, is an invited speaker and has 21 on-going sponsored research projects and 17 consultancy projects.
