Carolina Witchmichen Penteado Schmidt is an oncology pharmacist with extensive experience in Pediatric Oncohematology and Chemotherapy in Children.  She is a specialist in Oncological Hospital Pharmacy and also has an MBA in Business Management. She has extensive hospital experience in the field of Pharmacy, Drug Interactions, Pediatrics, Oncology, Hematology, Neonatology, Intensive Health Care and Infectology; and academic experience teaching medical residents of Pediatric Oncohematology program, also pharmacists residents of Child and Adolescent Health program, and teaching in post graduation courses. She is author of the book Drug Therapy and Interactions in Pediatric Oncology, published by Springer.
