This proceedings volume provides a fresh perspective on current challenges in cooperation and coopetition in the age of Industry 4.0. Featuring selected papers from the 10th Conference on Management of Organizations? Interorganizational relations have been a relevant topic in the management sciences in recent years. Globalization, social, cultural, and technological progress are among the factors shaping the environment for collaboration, determining the conditions for development and defining a set of new challenges that managers have to face in today's knowledge-based economy. Agnieszka Zakrzewska-Bielawska is a professor of economics. She manages the Department of Management at the Lodz University of Technology and she is the manager of the management sciences and quality discipline. She specializes in the issues of strategic management in enterprises, especially the high-tech sector, and interorganizational relations, coopetition, cooperation.

Iwona Staniec works as an assistant professor at the Department of Management, Lodz University of Technology, Poland. Research interests: data analysis, statistics, econometrics, economic forecasting, risk management, innovation risk, risk analysis and assessment, technological entrepreneurship, creating models and forecasting risk in public and private pension systems and social security.
