Seng Chee TAN is a deputy director of the Centre for Research and Development in Learning, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is also an associate dean at the Office of Graduate Studies and Professional Learning, National Institute of Education. His research interests are related to the use of technologies in education, ranging from K-12 settings to university and adult learning contexts.

Horn Mun CHEAH is the assistant provost at SIM University, Singapore. He possesses extensive leadership experience integrating ICT into school systems, the governance needed and the systemic support to make it work.

Wenli CHEN and Doris CHOY are tenured associate professors in the Learning Sciences and Technologies academic group, National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University. Both contribute to teacher education on the use of technologies in schools and have years of research experience working with schools on innovating with technologies.
