Fluid Mechanics and Fluid Power, 1st ed. 2021 Proceedings of FMFP 2019 Lecture Notes in Mechanical Engineering Series

Langue : Anglais
Couverture de l’ouvrage Fluid Mechanics and Fluid Power

This book comprises select proceedings of the 46th National Conference on Fluid Mechanics and Fluid Power (FMFP 2019). The contents of this book focus on aerodynamics and flow control, computational fluid dynamics, fluid structure interaction, noise and aero-acoustics, unsteady and pulsating flows, vortex dynamics, nuclear thermal hydraulics, heat transfer in nanofluids, etc. This book serves as a useful reference beneficial to researchers, academicians and students interested in the broad field of mechanics.

Transient Thermal Stratification in Sodium Pool of a Fast Reactor.- Mean Flow Propoerties of a Three dimensional Wall jet Developing on cancave cylindrical surfaces.- Effect of Reynolds Number on Thrust generation by an elastic plate undergoing active pitching and large scale flow induced deformation.- Analysis of entrance region flow of Bingham nanofluid in a concentric annuli with rotating outer cylinder.- Rheodynamic Lubrication of an Externally Pressurized Converging Circular Thrust Bearing using Viscoplastic Fluids.- Experimental investigation of flow over a backward facing step with inclinations.
