Krishna Kumar Singh, B.Tech. (IIT BHU, Varanasi), M.E. (IIT Roorkee), Ph.D. (NIT, Kurukshetra) is Professor in Civil Engineering Department, NIT, Kurukshetra. He has more than 37 years of teaching experience at NIT Kurukshetra, India, University of Rwanda, Kigali, Rwanda and University of Technology, Lae, Papua New Guinea. He was Founder Head, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at University of Rwanda, Kigali, Rwanda (Jan. 1999 to Dec. 2002). He was Dean (Estate) at NIT, Kurukshetra (Nov 2012 to Oct 2015). He was Head, Civil Engineering Department at NIT, Kurukshetra (Nov 2020-Nov 2022). He was Visiting Professor at University of Technology, Lae, Papua New Guinea (Jun 2009 to Mar 2010). He has more than 100 publications including more than 35 in Sci/Scopus index International/national Journals. He has one German patent issued.  He has also supervised/supervising more than 10 PhD Students and executed more than 50 research and consultancy projects.  He has co-authored one books published by ASCE. He has been recipient of Outstanding Reviewer of Journal of Hydrologic Engineering, ASCE, 2010. He has been recipient of best research paper award in International Conference on SDCEE-2021. He is Fellow of (IOE) India, Life Member ASCE and Life Member of ISTE.

Chandra Shekhar Prasad Ojha (1962-), Ph.D.(Imperial College, London)  is Institute Chair Professor since 2018 in Civil Engineering Department at IIT Roorkee. He has more than 39 years of teaching and research experience at University of Roorkee /IIT Roorkee. He was Head, Civil Engineering Department at IIT Roorkee (April 2015-March 2019). He was Curtis Visiting Professorship at Purdue University, USA in 2012 and  Adjunct Prof. at University of Missouri, Columbia, USA in 2018-2020. He has more than 200  International Journal publications including 80 in ASCE Journals. He has also supervised 57 PhD students and executed more than 75 research and consultancy proj
