He also qualified for the University Grant Commission National Eligibility Test in Management (UGC-NET). Dr.Geeta Rana is an Associate Professor in the department of HSMS at Swami Rama Himalayan University, Jolly Grant, Dehradun. She has earned her PhD from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT, Roorkee) in Management and has also completed a certification course in HR Analytics at the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak (IIMR). She is involved in teaching, research, and consultancy assignments and has more than 15 years of experience in teaching and in handling various administrative as well as academic positions. She has published over 40 papers in refereed journals of Emerald, Sage, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Elsevier, and Inderscience and has presented several research papers in national and international conferences.
