Sustainable Collaboration in Business, Technology, Information and Innovation (SCBTII 2020) Proceeding?s topic deals with ``Synergizing Management, Technology and Innovation in Generating Sustainable and Competitive Business Growth``. This proceeding offers valuable knowledge on how research can be applied to support the government by introducing a policy of economic transformation in solving various challenges and driving the business sector to gain the ability to create sustainable competitive advantages, which will lead to sustainable, competitive and quality growth. 1. Ratih Hendayani is a lecturer in the School of Economics and Business, Telkom University. Recently graduated from the Graduate School of Business, University Sains Malaysia for Phd degree. The topic of research is Operation Quality Management and Supply Chain
Management. She already published several research articles in international journals and international proceedings, several already Scopus indexed. She also serves as editor for the Indonesian Journal of Management (JMI) which is accredited Sinta 2 by the Indonesian Government.
2. Indira Rachmawati is a full time lecturer at the Business Management of Telecommunications and Informatics Department, School of Economics and Business, Telkom University, Indonesia. She teaches courses in marketing management, integrated marketing
communication, consumer behaviour, service management and operation in telecommunication. Her research interests include consumer behaviour in the service industry, services marketing in telecommunication, and branding strategy. She is an active researcher who has published several articles in international Scopus indexed journals, national journals, and proceedings.
3. Hani Gita Ayuningtias is lecturer in the School of Economic and Business, Telkom University. She teaches courses in human resources management, knowledge management, organizational behavior, interpersonal communication and research methodology. Her research
interests include organization behavior in higher education institutions (HEI’) and many industries. She is an active researcher who has published several articles in international Scopus indexed journals, national journals, and proceedings.
4. Cahyaningsih is lecturer in the School of Economic and Business, Telkom University. She teaches courses in accounting for business, intermediate financial accounting, advance financial accounting, audit seminar, and accounting research methodology.
