He also serves on the board of directors of multiple non-profit organizations. Dr. Serrano is a published researcher with work related to leadership emergence, ethical leadership, and servant leadership. He has a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership (Ecclesial Leadership) from Regent University, USA an M.A. in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University, USA and a B.A in Psychology from American Military University, USA.
