Zhigang Zhou is a professor, Ph. D. of Engineering, Director of the Key Laboratory of Road Structure and Materials for Transportation under Ministry of Transport, Executive Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Highway Engineering under the Ministry of Education, focusing on road and railway engineering research. His main research interests include subgrade pavement engineering, road evaluation and maintenance, and new road materials.
