Baniateilang Majaw is Assistant Professor at the Department of Political Science, Seng Khasi College, Shillong, India. He is the recipient of the Junior Research Fellowship forInternational and Area Studies by the University Grant Commission, New Delhi, India. He is the author of Regional Politics in Meghalaya (2015) and Struggle for Hill State: An Unfulfilled Dream (2018).
