Chukwuebuka Dominic Onyechi is a specialist in international development. He has worked for various development agencies, some within the United Nations system, as well as NGOs. Dr. Onyechi earned his Ph.D.in international relations and diplomacy from the Centre d'Etudes Diplomatiques et Stratégiques in Paris, having previously obtained university degrees in Nigeria and the United States
