Jen Lemen BSc (Hons) FRICS is a Chartered Surveyor and co-founder of Property Elite, a company providing training and support to RICS APC, AssocRICS and FRICS candidates. She is also an experienced property consultant (co-Director of Projekt), an RICS Registered Valuer and an RICS Accredited Mediator, with nearly 15 years' experience working in the commercial property sector. She also has academic experience as a Senior Lecturer at the University of the West of England, Lecturer at the University of Portsmouth and Associate Tutor at the University College of Estate Management. Her RICS assessment experience includes sitting on final APC interview panels, APC appeal panels and being a lead APC preliminary review assessor. She also assesses written AssocRICS submissions.
