Jawad Syed is Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Dean of the Suleman Dawood School of Business at Lahore University of Management Sciences, Pakistan. His main research interests include international human resource management, diversity management, business ethics and organisational knowledge. He has written more than 75 journal articles and book chapters, including articles in the British Journal of Management and Business Ethics Quarterly. Jawad is the co-author and co-editor of several books including Employee Motivation in Saudi Arabia and The Palgrave Handbook of Knowledge Management, both published by Palgrave Macmillan in 2018.
Frank Ying is Professor and Dean of the Department of Business Administration at the National Taiwan Normal University, Taiwan, where he previously served as Dean of International Affairs. His research interests include international finance and economics, the political economy, and macroeconomics, and he has published widely in various journals including the Journal of Comparative Economics and China Economic Review. As well as this, Frank was the Editor of Modern China Studies from 2013 to 2016.
