Pierre Demolin: Avocat aux barreaux de Mons et de Paris. Il est juge suppléant au Tribunal de commerce de Mons et de Charleroi et est agréé en tant que médiateur civil et commercial. Il est président de la Commission d'arbitrage. Il donne des conseils en matière de contrats de distribution commerciale au niveau de la conception des contrats et intervient en outre dans le cadre de la résolution des conflits entre partenaires commerciaux.
