Phyllis N. Butow BA(Hons), DipEd, MClinPsych, MPH, PhD, MPH is Professor and NHMRC Senior Principal Research Fellow in the School of Psychology at the University of Sydney. Paul B. Jacobsen, PhD, is an Associate Director in the U.S. National Cancer Institute's Division of Cancer Control and Population Science's where he directs the Healthcare Delivery Research Program. Wendy Wing Tak Lam RN, PhD, FFPPH, is Associate Professor at the School of Public Health at The University of Hong Kong.
