Inverter-Based Circuit Design Techniques for Low Supply Voltages, Softcover reprint of the original 1st ed. 2017 Analog Circuits and Signal Processing Series

Langue : Anglais
Couverture de l’ouvrage Inverter-Based Circuit Design Techniques for Low Supply Voltages

This book describes intuitive analog design approaches using digital inverters, providing filter architectures and circuit techniques enabling high performance analog circuit design. The authors provide process, supply voltage and temperature (PVT) variation-tolerant design techniques for inverter based circuits. They also discuss various analog design techniques for lower technology nodes and lower power supply, which can be used for designing high performance systems-on-chip.

1 Introduction.- 2 Biasing.- 3 Inverter based OTA Design.- 4 ADC Driver.- 5 Current Mirror Based Filter.- 6 All MOSCAP Based Continuously Tunable Filter.- 7 ADC.

Dr. Ramesh Harjani is the the Edgar F. Johnson Professor of Electronic Communications in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of Minnesota. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Carnegie Mellon University in 1989. He co-founded Bermai, Inc, a startup company developing CMOS chips for wireless LAN applications, while on leave of absence from the University of Minnesota (2001- 2003). His research interests include RF/Analog circuits for wireless communications, High-speed I/O circuits, Sensor interface electronics, and Low power analog circuit design.

Dr. Harjani is a fellow of the IEEE.
