Industrial Internet of Things, Softcover reprint of the original 1st ed. 2017 Cybermanufacturing Systems Springer Series in Wireless Technology Series

Langue : Anglais

Coordonnateurs : Jeschke Sabina, Brecher Christian, Song Houbing, Rawat Danda B.

Couverture de l’ouvrage Industrial Internet of Things

This book develops the core system science needed to enable the development of a complex industrial internet of things/manufacturing cyber-physical systems (IIoT/M-CPS). Gathering contributions from leading experts in the field with years of experience in advancing manufacturing, it fosters a research community committed to advancing research and education in IIoT/M-CPS and to translating applicable science and technology into engineering practice.

Presenting the current state of IIoT and the concept of cybermanufacturing, this book is at the nexus of research advances from the engineering and computer and information science domains. Readers will acquire the core system science needed to transform to cybermanufacturing that spans the full spectrum from ideation to physical realization.

Industrial Internet of Things and Cyber Manufacturing Systems.- An Application Map for Cyber-Physical Systems.- Cyber-Physical Electronics Production.- Cyber-physical Systems Engineering for Manufacturing.- Model-Based Engineering of Supervisory Controllers for Cyber- Physical Systems.- Formal Verification of SystemC-based Cyber Components.- Evaluation Model for Assessment of Cyber-Physical Production Systems.- CPS-based Manufacturing with Semantic Object Memories and Service Orchestration for Industrie 4.0 Applications.- Integration of a knowledge database and machine vision within a robot-based CPS.

Houbing Song is Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the West Virginia University. He currently serves as the founding director of both the West Virginia Center of Excellence for Cyber-Physical Systems (WVCECPS) sponsored by the West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission and the Security and Optimization for Networked Globe Laboratory (SONG Lab). His research interests lie in the areas of cyber-physical systems, internet of things, connected vehicles, wireless communications and networking, optical communications and networking, smart grid communications and networking, and body sensor networks.

Danda B. Rawat is Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Georgia Southern University. He currently serves as the Founding Director of the Cyber-security, Wireless Systems and Networking Innovations (CWiNs) Laboratory. His research interests include design, analysis, and evaluation of cognitive radio networks, software defined networks, cyber physical systems, vehicular/wireless ad hoc networks, wireless sensor networks, wireless mesh networks, and cyber-security and wireless communication for smart grid.

Sabina Jeschke is the Full Professor and Head of Institute Cluster IMA/ZLW & IfU (Institute of Computer Sciences in Mechanical Engineering (IMA), Center for Learning and Knowledge Management (ZLW), Associated Institute

for Management Cybernetics e.V. (IfU)), Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, RWTH Aachen University. She is vice dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the RWTH Aachen University, chairwoman of the board of management of the VDI Aachen and member of the supervisory board of the Körber AG. Her research interests include distributed artificial intelligence and complex IT-systems (e.g. cloud computing, Internet of Things, cyber-physical-systems, green IT & ET, semantic web services), robotics and automation (e.g. heterogeneous and cooperativ
