Prof. (Dr.) Amik Garg received his B.E. (Mechanical) in 1986 from Delhi College of Engineering (DCE) (Presently—Delhi Technological University), M.Tech in Industrial Tribology & Maintenance Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi) in 1996 and subsequently completed his PhD in the area of multi-echelon repair inventory systems from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, IIT Delhi in 2010. He is currently the Director of Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology (SMIT), Sikkim. He has the practical experience of serving the defence industry as maintenance engineer at various levels of over thirty years and has vast exposure in the field of supply chain management, performance measurements, maintenance management, industrial engineering, etc. 

Akash Kumar Bhoi has completed his B.Tech (Biomedical Engineering) from the Trident Academy of Technology (TAT), Bhubaneswar and M.Tech (Biomedical Instrumentation) from Karunya University, Coimbatore in the years 2009 and 2011, respectively. He is pursuing his Ph.D (in Biomedical Signal Processing) from Sikkim Manipal University, India. He is currently working as a research and development (R&D) Faculty Associate in the R&D Section of Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology (SMIT) and Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology (SMIT). He has published book chapters and several papers in national and international journals and conferences. 

Dr. Sanjeevikumar Padmanaban received his B.E. (Electrical & Electronics), M.Tech (Electrical Drives & Control), and Ph.D. degrees, respectively, from Madras University, Pondicherry University, India, and Alma Mater Studiorum 1088AD, University of Bologna, Italy in 2002, 2006, and 2012. He pursued his doctoral degree with full comprehensive grant successfully obtained from the Ministry of University Research (MIUR), from the government of Italy (Jan. 2009 – Dec. 2011).Pro
